Deep Tissue Massage

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CST is a type of massage that involves a gentle hand to decrease built-up pain within the fascia (connective tissue). This modality offers a variety of benefits, including neck, head, and back pain relief.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a massage technique designed to remove inflammation within the lymphatic system (a part of your body that wards off illness). Some of the benefits include decreasing inflammation after an injury, reducing tension, and taking down fluid buildup.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a highly requested massage modality that decreases discomfort and helps the body recover from injuries. When you come to us for trigger point therapy, we will stretch the muscles’ limits a bit and gently push on the muscles to break up tension.
Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular massage therapy has many names, including myofascial release or myofascial trigger point therapy. How it works is we will add a good amount of pressure on top of specific trigger points in the muscle to improve circulation and decrease any pain that you might be experiencing.
Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage is highly recommended if you need to decompress and get rid of built-up stress. To perform this type of massage, we may use various gentle but effective hand and finger movements.
